Soberfest

​Event Date: Saturday, August 15th, 2026
Market Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM
🕒 Load-In Schedule will be sent days before the event 
  • Friday Afternoon: Pre-scheduled load-in. If you cannot make your slot, email [email protected] immediately.
  • Saturday Morning: For those not loading in Friday, arrival is strictly at 9:00 AM.
🏟️ Protecting the Turf (Mandatory)Starlight Stadium uses artificial turf, which requires specific care:
  • Turf Protectors: Must be placed under every tent leg, table leg, and chair.
  • Provision: Protectors will be provided for you.
  • Load-Out: At the end of the night, please reassemble your protectors in a 6x6 configuration for pickup. This is a huge help to our volunteers!
  • No Food on Turf: Absolutely no food (including chips or sunflower seeds) is allowed on the turf area.
🚫 Prohibited Items & Sober PolicySoberFest is a 100% alcohol, marijuana, and narcotic-free event.
  • Strictly Prohibited: Alcohol, marijuana, narcotics, fireworks, vaping, and smoking.
  • Security: Items found on your person must be returned to your vehicle or will be discarded.
  • Water Bottles: Refillable bottles must be empty upon arrival. Free water stations are available inside.
  • Designated Areas: Smoking/vaping is only permitted in designated areas outside the venue.
🥜 Food Truck RestrictionsTo keep the turf clean and safe, the following are BANNED:
  • Popcorn or popcorn kernels.
  • Shelled nuts/seeds (Peanuts, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds in the shell). Unshelled is fine.
📦 Your Vendor Checklist: What to Bring
  • [ ] Tent or large umbrella.
  • [ ] Tent weights/water jugs (Mandatory for wind safety).
  • [ ] Tables, displays, and chairs.
  • [ ] Dolly/Cart: Required to transport gear to your specific location.
  • [ ] Data plan for payment processing (Wi-Fi is not guaranteed).
  • [ ] Portable power/charging batteries.
📍 Signage & Security
  • Placement: Signs must be part of your display or beside your tent. No signs are permitted in front of the tent.
  • Overnight: Security is provided Friday night; however, we recommend taking high-value items with you.

💪 We Need You! We are looking for volunteers to help with the post-event cleanup. If you or your team can spare some time after 9:00 PM, please let us know!
