Vendor information for Soberfest 2024
Media kit for vendors to share
Just a reminder this is a sober event.
All narcotics, marijuana, alcohol, and fireworks are prohibited. You will be asked to return any of these items back to your vehicle or they will be thrown out if found on your person. If you are bringing a refillable water bottle, please ensure it is empty upon arrival. There will be free water stations at the venue. No smoking or vaping anything will be permitted on the even site, we will have designated areas available outside the venue.
We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to spending our Saturday with you!
Load-in times will be staggered to avoid overcrowding in the load-in areas. You will receive an email regarding the load-in times a few days before the event. Once you arrive at the event you will be given a booth number and guided to your location.

Artificial turf rules:
For safety in case of wind, please bring weights and/or water jugs to hold down tents. They might not be needed, but it's better to be safe than sorry, as wind can happen at any time.
Food options will include food trucks offering Greek, 1st Nations, Pizza, and hot dogs. Additionally, there will be water filling stations available.

- tent or umbellar
- weights for tents
- tables and display
- chairs
- data for payment processing
- extra charging battery if needed
- dolly to get to your location
- Only two people per booth and any additional people will need to buy a ticket. Food trucks have an exception and can bring three people.
- No signs out front of the tent.
- Signs can be part of the display of beside the tent but not in front of it.
Artificial turf rules:
- No food including chips sunflower seed on the turf.
- As we are on an artificial turf field, it's important to protect the turf by using tiles for each tent, table, and chair leg. The tiles interlock and can be pieced together to form a pad if needed. Locations will be numbered and identified with the tiles,
