Nomad Holiday Market
1100 Admirals Road
The beloved Nomad Holiday Market is back, bringing festive cheer, local creativity, and community spirit to the Songhees Wellness Centre on Admirals Road in Esquimalt.
What began in 2018 at the Roundhouse has grown into one of the Island’s favorite holiday traditions, now featuring over 70 vendors showcasing the best in local art, pottery, apparel, beverages, and handmade gifts.
Visitors can enjoy live music, delicious local food, a kids’ coloring contest, door prizes, and plenty of fun activities for all ages. The event celebrates family, community, and the belief that home is where the heart is — a fitting theme for an event that brings together so many “nomads” and makers from across the Island.
The Nomad Holiday Market also proudly supports the Rainbow Kitchen. Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for donation, helping local families in need during the holiday season. Partial proceeds from the $5 admission fee will also go toward the Rainbow Kitchen.
“This market has always been about more than shopping,” says Wendy Greer, event co-organizer. “It’s about connection — between makers, families, and the community. Every year, it feels a little more like coming home.”
Come shop, eat, connect, and celebrate local talent at the Nomad Holiday Market 2026 — where creativity, community, and holiday spirit meet under one roof.
