Baseball Glove Drop
Baseball people Unite!
How many of you have saved your kids 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th baseball glove like I have. I have them tucked in a box in the garage, but the memories live in my head. I ran into man by the name of Matt Stooke. He and his friend Murray Seward started helping out a group of kids playing baseball in Mexico three years ago. They both live in Victoria, BC and have been spearheading the gathering of equipment for kids who desperately need equipment to play the game safely.
Layritz Intermediate Baseball is partnering with Nomad and Matt Stooke to gather over 100 new or used gloves to help these kids have some fun. We will be located at Juan De Fuca recreation centre on the southeast entrance, where you can drive by and drop your unwanted baseball glove. See map below:
The address is 1767 Island Hwy, Victoria .We are located at the southeast corner
